In this class, you will prepare healthy recipes such as Lemongrass Prawn Skewers, Raw Beef and Meat Ball Pho Soup and Vietnamese Taro Pudding. You will learn to cook up a brilliant balance of aromatics, heat, sweetness and sourness that is distinct to a quintessential Vietnamese recipe.
Enjoy the autumn season in Oz by going mushroom-hunting in the forest! Apart from having delicious tastes, mushrooms make a healthy addition to your diet. In this class, you will explore the state forest of Belanglo and learn to pick edible mushrooms and prepare them for eating. The class ends with brunch and wine, as well as a vineyard visit on the way back to the Work-Shop headquarters.

This food safari will take you to visit local farmers across the region, eat fresh prawns, pick vegetables from the farm and enjoy a lunch prepared by world renowned chef Martin Boetz, while overlooking the Hawkesbury river.
Cheese Making Workshop (McIntosh & Bowman)
If you’ve never made cheese, you’ll be delighted to know how easy cheesy it can be. This full day cheese making workshop will teach you to make beautiful, gooey camembert using real milk as well as the time-tested favourite ricotta and butter. You’ll also enjoy lunch, a selection of pastries, cheese, wine, craft beer and so much more!

Food and Wine Tour (Gourmet Getaway Tours)
