For the Love of Woodworking

The couple that create together stay together - and Meg and Clint are living proof. Meet the Sollys.

Meet the makers. We are the Solly's. We make stuff out of wood. #sollywood #family #love

Meg was raised on a farm, sang and danced for a living, and loved gymnastics; Clint was a cabinet maker, an acrobat, and a gymnast. Classic girl-meets-boy story. But what glues together this husband-and-wife team are their shared passion for the maker culture and love for building beautiful, one-of-a-kind pieces.

And because makers are natural teachers, the Sollys invite you to their fantastic Yeronga workshop to learn the basics of woodworking. Over two days, you’ll get to work with hand and power tools and learn both traditional and modern techniques of crafting.

If you’re a beginner, you’ll come away from this weekend class with a simple timber project that you built with your own hands. For more experienced hands, you know there’s always something new to learn!
