Have a Very Merry Italian Christmas

We’re halfway through the year and the chills of the season is giving us all the feels— the Christmas feels that is. We forgive you for thinking its five months too early to be even bringing up the subject of Christmas, but the truth is that it’s never too early to plan your December agenda. So before the busiest time of the year comes around, we suggest booking into Chef Matteo Carboni’s cooking class.

Why, pray tell? Well because life is short, and you gotta eat good food. And good, festive food is definitely what’s on the Casa Carboni menu come December. He is Italian after all, and when it comes to an Italian Christmas, food plays the biggest and most important role.

In the hands-on cooking class, Chef Matteo will teach participants how to prepare a delicious Christmas lunch with some of his all-time favourite Italian recipes such as Tortino di Asparigi, Cappelletti in Brodo, Potato Gnocchi, and Zuppa Inglese. After the grind, everyone gets to enjoy all the courses with a glass of fine wine.

Sounds like a very Italian Christmas feast indeed. Until then, Happy Christmas-in-July, one and all!
