For centuries, people have believed that the way we eat impacts our mental health, and the idea is still alive today. The internet is filled with food-based mental-health images, and books on the topic span our shelves. It’s true - what we eat affects how we feel!
Burratta with lightly cooked zucchini, toasted local hazelnuts and almonds and a fresh salsa verde - oh the produce in Tuscany! I was in heaven! All organic and from producers who were so passionate about their craft 😊 I can’t begin to describe to you the flavour of these sweet young zucchini, they were divine, let alone the creamy fresh Burratta. This dish was a starter for sharing at Friday evening’s dinner, out on the terrace at my Tuscan retreat last weekend, bliss 😊❤️🌼 #emmasnutritionretreat @latorrealletolfe
