Turning trash into a treasure is a practice that’s as old as time, but only a few have actually exercised. However, with sustainability movements on the rise, this practice called upcycling is now more popular than ever. It’s a trend that’s sweeping the globe, and because of its huge and positive impact on the environment thus far, we think it’s a trend that’s here to stay.

Upcycling is tricky because it does take a bit of ingenuity to see treasure in trash. If you’re keen to get in on this, join the women at the Shed in the Hills, where there’ll be holding a fun workshop teaching the techniques to upcycling, and even how to turn it into a business!
