Coffee art is quite the deal these days. Without a doubt, one of the reasons we can’t resist a coffee shop cup versus regular homemade coffee is the little heart or some other cute shape that the local barista makes and serves in your latte.
Coffee or latte art takes such a skilled hand to produce, that competitions are even held across the country (and the world!) for anyone who prides themselves with such creativity. But that’s not to say you can’t also do the same; because baristas had to start somewhere too, right? So if you’re keen to ante up your love for coffee, the Australian Coffee Academy has designed a single day, four-hour course to take you from coffee art noob to coffee art smooth. You’ll practice pouring hearts, rosettas, and tulips, and soon enough, you’ll be producing fancy, gorgeous-looking cups of coffee at home. Colour your guests impressed!
