Learn what makes your heart beat.
Weddings flowers can cost literally thousands of dollars and so, no one can blame you if you don’t want to splurge on hiring a florist for your big day. Because one of the most painful mistakes you can make in a wedding is going over-budget, DIYing whatever you can is key.
Whilst doing it yourself might sound like a lot of arduous work, it actually isn’t! With the right amount of creativity, tools, and knowledge, creating your own wedding blooms is a totally doable option.
Before you get started…
Just before you start making your own wedding florals, be sure you have the know-how. Learn how to care for them and keep them fresh for as long as possible. You wouldn’t want your stunning arrangements to end up all wilted on the day!
As luck would have it, on 26th April, Thursday, the ladies at Put Your Heart Into It are hosting a workshop where they’ll be teaching would-be brides on how to DIY their way to gorgeous flower bouquets. Leading the workshop is Melissa Danger, owner of Delicate Dangers and floral designer of 15 years. Learn floral tricks and put them to the test, and we promise you’ll save a lot of money AND have an ultra-stylish wedding day.
