Thai Summer Menu Cooking Class

Haloumi & Fermented Dairy Seminar

Fig Preserves and Jams with Barbara Stephenson


Join in this jam session to learn how to preserve your figs in three different ways: as a jam, a sweet conserve to serve with icecream or yoghurt, and whole figs preserved in herb vinegar. You will take home at least 5 bottles of the fig preserves, and the recipes you can use to make more at home.
